Testing Group — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Testing Group and your use of this website.

By submitting a sample, making payment, or otherwise participating in a group testing submission, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. What We Do

The Testing Group is an administrative group-submission service.

Our role is limited to coordinating multiple independent laboratory testing requests so that participants may qualify for volume-based laboratory pricing.

We are not the laboratory performing the testing.

2. Not Affiliated With Any Vendor or Batch

The Testing Group is not associated with, sponsored by, or operated for any particular peptide vendor, manufacturer, reseller, group buy, product, or batch.

Samples submitted through the group may come from completely different vendors, manufacturers, sellers, batches, or sources.

Participation in the same group submission does not mean that samples are related to one another in any way.

The purpose of grouping submissions is solely to reach the quantity required for the laboratory's group or volume pricing.

3. Sample Source Is the Submitter's Responsibility

Each participant is solely responsible for the sample they submit.

Unless specifically required for laboratory processing, participants are not required to disclose the vendor or source of their sample to the Testing Group.

We do not independently verify:

Information supplied by a participant regarding a sample is treated as information provided by that participant and is not independently verified by us.

4. Independent Laboratory

Testing is performed by an independent third-party laboratory.

The laboratory, not the Testing Group, controls:

We do not control the laboratory's analytical processes and cannot guarantee laboratory turnaround times or results.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Payment is for arranging and obtaining the requested laboratory analysis.

It is not payment for any particular testing outcome.

A result may show, among other possibilities:

No refund is due merely because a participant disagrees with, is disappointed by, or did not expect the laboratory result.

6. Certificates of Analysis and Laboratory Reports

Any COA, chromatogram, report, data file, or other laboratory result is generated by the independent laboratory.

We store only the lab-issued HTTPS URL associated with a participant's submission. We do not download, upload, host, copy, parse, or store the laboratory report or COA file itself. The report remains hosted by the independent laboratory.

We may transmit that laboratory-hosted link for convenience, but we do not independently certify, reproduce, validate, or guarantee the laboratory's findings.

The laboratory report should be interpreted according to the laboratory's stated methods, limitations, and reporting standards.

7. No Vendor Certification or Endorsement

A test submitted through this service should not be interpreted as an endorsement, approval, certification, or verification of any vendor.

Testing one vial or sample does not establish the quality or composition of:

8. Research and Informational Purposes

The Testing Group provides administrative coordination of laboratory testing only.

Nothing provided through this website, the Testing Group, laboratory results, COAs, messages, discussions, or related communications constitutes:

Participants are responsible for determining the lawful and appropriate use of any material they submit.

9. Samples

Participants are responsible for providing the correct sample and sufficient material for the requested testing.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect labeling, incorrect submission information, insufficient material, unsuitable samples, contamination occurring before receipt, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to refuse any sample that appears unsafe, prohibited, improperly packaged, leaking, damaged, unidentified, or otherwise unsuitable for handling or submission.

10. Shipping and Delivery Risk

Participants are responsible for properly packaging and sending their samples according to the provided submission instructions.

We are not responsible for samples that are:

If we forward samples to a laboratory, reasonable care will be used in handling and packaging them.

However, shipping always involves some risk, and we cannot guarantee against loss or damage caused by carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Submission Identification

Participants must use the submission number, identifier, label, or other instructions provided to them.

Failure to properly identify a sample may delay testing or make it impossible to reliably associate a result with the correct participant.

We are not responsible for identification errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, altered, or missing information supplied by the participant.

12. Testing Fees

The advertised group price is based on reaching the laboratory's required submission quantity.

For example, a laboratory may provide a specific price when 10 or more qualifying tests are submitted together.

Each participant's payment represents their portion of the testing cost and any clearly disclosed administrative, processing, payment, or shipping charges.

Unless otherwise stated, participants are purchasing an individual laboratory test submitted as part of a larger group submission.

Participants are not jointly purchasing or sharing ownership of the other participants' samples or test results.

13. Minimum Submission Quantity

Group pricing may depend upon reaching a minimum number of qualifying tests.

If the required quantity is not reached, we may:

14. Cancellations and Refunds

A participant may request cancellation before their sample has been committed to the laboratory submission.

Once a sample has been submitted to the laboratory or testing fees have become non-refundable to us, the testing fee is generally non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided because of:

If the laboratory is unable to perform a paid test and refunds or credits the testing charge to us, we will provide the corresponding refund or credit to the affected participant, less any non-refundable costs that were clearly disclosed.

15. Laboratory Delays

Laboratory turnaround times are estimates unless specifically guaranteed by the laboratory.

Testing may be delayed because of sample volume, instrumentation issues, method development, repeat analysis, holidays, shipping delays, laboratory closures, or other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays but do not guarantee completion by a particular date.

16. Retesting and Disputes

If a participant questions a laboratory result, we may assist with communication between the participant and laboratory when reasonably possible.

Any retesting is subject to the laboratory's policies and may require:

We do not have authority to require the laboratory to change, withdraw, or reissue a result.

17. Confidentiality of Vendor Information

If a participant voluntarily provides vendor or source information, we will treat that information as private submission information unless:

We do not require vendor information merely to determine whether a participant may take advantage of group testing pricing unless the laboratory requires that information.

18. Participant Responsibility

By submitting a sample, you represent that:

1. You are legally permitted to possess and submit the material.

2. You have accurately identified the requested test to the best of your knowledge.

3. The material is not knowingly hazardous in a manner that has not been disclosed.

4. You will follow packaging and shipping instructions.

5. You understand that we are coordinating the submission and are not performing the laboratory analysis.

6. You understand that we do not verify the vendor, manufacturer, batch, authenticity, or origin of your sample.

19. No Reliance on Other Participants

Each participant's submission is independent.

You should not assume that another participant's sample:

Each laboratory result applies only to the sample identified in that particular report.

20. Limitation of Our Role

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our responsibility is limited to providing reasonable administrative coordination of the requested testing submission.

We are not responsible for losses, claims, vendor disputes, purchasing decisions, resale decisions, business decisions, personal decisions, or other actions taken based upon laboratory results or participation in the Testing Group.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of information generated by third parties, including independent laboratories.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular testing submission will not exceed the amount paid to us by the participant for that specific testing submission.

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from participation in the Testing Group or reliance upon laboratory results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your intentional misconduct, unlawful submission, materially false sample information, or violation of these Terms.

23. Communications

By submitting a testing request, you authorize us to contact you regarding that submission, including:

Transactional communications relating to an active submission are part of providing the service.

24. Privacy

Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Information reasonably necessary to complete laboratory testing may be provided to the independent laboratory or service providers involved in completing the submission.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The version applicable to a particular submission will generally be the version in effect when that submission is placed.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any submission-specific instructions, pricing disclosures, Privacy Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated into the submission process, constitute the agreement regarding the Testing Group service.

Important Summary

We coordinate group laboratory submissions. We do not sell the samples, select the vendors, authenticate the samples, perform the testing, or control the laboratory results.

Each participant may submit their own independent sample from their own source.

Samples are grouped together solely to obtain volume-based laboratory testing pricing.
